Arrived as tide turned; looked like 5m weather but was told to rig 6m which was perfect until I smacked into a metal post at the end of the groyne and wrecked my sail. Paul S and Darren dragged me ashore and looked at me a bit strange; when I got home and saw the lump on my head I saw why. Rigged 5.2m which worked a treat on 94l FSW and had a nice time in rolling waves. Sea was great but I could have done with a bit more power Only had about an hour on the water before the wind died and it was lovely, except for my head and sail.
